Does Change Scare You?

Have you ever noticed that the older you get, the less you want to change things? Yet, do you sometimes wish you could push forward into a life that includes dreams and purposes that have been unfulfilled?

Perhaps you dream about a happier, transformative life that is ideal. It’s not that unusual in midlife and beyond Change Your Mindsetto set out to rediscover your power and worth as a woman. Even if you have a fulfilling life, taking the steps for personal growth and clarity for your next life chapter can be transforming and thrilling.

For many women, we stay stuck. And we stay stuck because we fear the change. And maybe just don’t have enough belief that we can do it?

We ask ourselves these questions:

  1. What could happen if I make a change in my life. Maybe if I take steps toward a new road map, even however small, the things I love in my life could be left beyond.
  2. What do I want to do intentionally to enhance my life, and how will finding my next chapter affect my current situation?
  3. I know that getting to a certain age, I’m still full of energy that, when channeled, can create more satisfaction and confidence, but I don’t know how to begin.
  4. Will I have the ability to find my way to my happiest next chapter?
  5. What would happen to my relationships and family if I added a new path?
  6. Would it just be better to stay where I am even though I would love to do more in my life?

Change Your Mindset

All these questions and more are essential questions when you’re thinking about moving forward in a new way. Words like courage, transformation, clarity, dreams, and purpose are just a few words that come into mind as you mull around the opportunities that are waiting for you in your next season.

I know first-hand what this is like. This worry of what if I fail? Or what if I can’t get clear on my direction? Would my family support me? How do I take the first steps? I’ve realized that the best thing to do is get started.

And many times, when you dive in for your own personal growth and prioritize happiness, you start living in a mindset that supports you naturally.

Writing Things Down is Powerful

Start with a notebook and a pencil. Writing things down is very powerful. So here are a couple of blogs I’ve written and something I’ve learned along the way to get going. And I genuinely believe that once you are into it, light bulbs will show up, your passions become your purpose, and you’re living it. You are no longer scared but instead energized.

Here are a couple of my blogs that help you get started.

Much love,

Linda
