Your Sighs Speak Volumes

Some believe that most of us are spending our time trying to understand why we’re here and where we’re headed. Are you pondering, like me, about how your next chapter will take place, and, even more, will you get the chance at this stage of life to live it fully, authentically, and courageously?

Quiet Desperation or Exhausted?

Do you see yourself here?

I’ve been in both quiet desperation and complete exhaustion many times. And I bet I’m not alone here. Marriages go bad, communication stalls, finances are tough, and finally, resigning to it is all we can do.

The resigned live in quiet desperation, and the exhausted exist in restless agitation. The silent and resigned believe that our time on this Earth is random, a roll of cosmic dice, entirely beyond our control. You know these folks when you hear them; their sighs speak volumes.

The rest of us- the restless agitators-sense that there’s got to be more to why we’re here, something other than discovering what money, love, and sex have to do with the meaning of life. We grow our organic vegetables, take our vitamins, drink mineral water, meditate, and start study groups. We work out five days a week, treat ourselves to low-fat sorbet the other two, and then wonder why we’re perpetually cranky. Sarah Ban Breathnach

So, what are your questions? And are you finding any answers? Perhaps the money, the love, and sex have to do with the texture and truth of our lives and, when looked at clearly, are your answers. But, when we start looking at it deeply, contemplating where we’ve been and where we want to go, the answers start showing up. You find you have a newfound spring in your step, re-energized, and changing your direction. A transformation.

It takes time and commitment, but your next chapter is worth looking inward, creating your own plan, and acting.

I’m helping women like you get there. We can create together your next direction.

Much love,
